DJ Anteres is a Queer, Jamaican-Canadian producer, musician & composer. She began as a community advocate creating platforms for young people creatives to come and express themselves. These black spaces are established to create opportunities for people of African Descent to access equipment, education, training, networks, and opportunities, empowering them to flourish, building on their unique gifts and authentic perspectives.
She is committed to spreading awareness about the injustice faced by communities of African descent and showcase their impact on Canadian and global cultures.
