International Orders

All orders shipped outside of Canada are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on international purchases.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at help@biaboro.ca within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost of the original item and the postage fee for sending the replacement item.

  • All returned items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Exchanges are subject to item availability.


Returns & Store Credit Only

We do not offer refunds. All approved returns will be issued as store credit only.

  • Requests for return must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • The customer is responsible for all return parcel shipping costs.

  • A tracking number and signature upon delivery are required for all return shipments. Returns sent without tracking and signature confirmation are not guaranteed to be processed.

  • All sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Underwear is final sale by law. Any underwear returned to us will be discarded and no refund or exchange will be issued, regardless of condition or packaging.


Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us at help@biaboro.ca within 30 days of purchase. We will review your case promptly and work with you to resolve the issue.
